Our Journey
We meet in July 2010, I had meet someone online before meeting my partner but it didn't work out so I got back on Oasis that night I had broken up with the other guy.
I was looking on Oasis and I found the perfect person, we were talking online for a while, we exchanged numbers and decided to meet. We met 2 days later and we married 2 months later, I couldn't be happier
I am so glad I took that chance again after being let down the first time. So you never give up when you want to find somebody and Happiness is the key!
Overseas and in love!
I hadn’t been single for long, and I wasn’t really expecting much from a dating site, but thought I’d give it a shot anyway! I logged in and straight away this boy from Australia caught my eye, although he was from Australia, I didn’t let it stop me from talking to him! We have been chatting and growing a close connection - we go on skype every chance we get.
In September this year I’m going out to Australia to meet him, like we have planned. we both are sooo excited, we even spoke about moving in together. I’m more than happy to leave my life behind in England to be with him in Adelaide... if it wasn’t for this site I would never had met him or be going to Australia!!
Miracles do happen
Oasis seemed like a good idea to me.
So I jumped on that moving train. WOW...What a ride!!! A bit bumpy here and there!!! But as you would expect like in a fairy-tale - Or a Walt Disney movie? I have also found the woman that I like. Luckily it’s a two way street this time.

So happy together
Like every single girl out there I was over partying, one night stand and the boys that never call back. So a friend told me about Oasis, I went and had a look.
I’d gone on a few dates and talked to a few guys, no luck! Then I found my Mr. Right. In second I knew this was it. We became online best friends, I told him everything. Unlike meeting people face to face I wasn’t afraid to be myself around him.
We talked online for about 2 weeks before meeting each other, once we both felt it was right we met and went on our first date. Once we actually met, we couldn’t stay away from each other. For the next month, every weekend we planned a date, till finally 3 weeks before Christmas I went back to his place after our date where he finally asked me out! Of course I said yes!......so we will be having our 2 year anniversary December 12th.
